- Job Description:
- An elementary school teacher is responsible for creating a positive learning environment for young students, typically those in kindergarten through fifth or sixth grade. The primary goal is to educate, inspire, and motivate students while fostering intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development. Teachers will be responsible for teaching the North Carolina Standard course of study and providing lesson plans weekly. Mandatory Monday meetings are also part of the teacher’s responsibilities.
